Montreal, QC - Thursday, September 18, 2025 — LMPG is excited to announce that
Lumca is merging its US-based activities with Sternberg Lighting, creating a Site and
Area powerhouse capable of addressing a wide range of applications and verticals.

What This Means for the Community

• Broader Design Choices: Sternberg is known for its classic and traditional
  fixtures. By adding Lumca, Sternberg can now also offer a full line of
  contemporary designs — giving the industry more options, whether the project
  calls for timeless or modern aesthetics.
• One Strong Partner: In the US, Lumca will operate as Lumca by Sternberg,
  making it easier to work through one trusted sales network and customer service
  team. In Canada, Lumca will continue as a distinct brand, supported by its existing
  Canadian partners.

  website, with direct access to Lumca's site as well. There will be no changes to the
  product portfolio.
