Since joining Sternberg in 2020, Mike has served in multiple leadership roles, most recently as the VP of Marketing & Sales.

As Senior Director of Sales, Mike Rivera directs and leads all sales activities for Sternberg, leveraging his expertise developed over nearly a decade with the company. Prior to this role, Mike served as Director of Inside Sales, where he cultivated strong relationships while managing the Order Entry, Customer Service, and Account Management teams. His extensive tenure and profound industry knowledge make him an invaluable leader for Sternberg's entire sales organization.

As Senior Director of Engineering, Chris Akiyama directs the engineering department, leveraging his background as a Design Engineer to drive innovation. Senior Director of Operations
As Senior Director of Operations, Guy Diepenbrock oversees all quality assurance, factory, and supply chain functions. His coordination of partners, artisan painters, welders, and fabricators empowers customers to dream big with their designs. Guy has been a team member of Sternberg for more than 18 years and brings over 25 years of experience in operations, project and supply chain management within the manufacturing, hospitality, and distribution industries.
