Rocco Masella
President
As President, Mr. Masella oversees all aspects of Sternberg, bringing new thinking and improved processes to departments throughout the company, while focusing Sternberg's new product development on growing market sectors.
Rocco joined Sternberg as the VP of Finance in 2020, helping to build a new leadership team where he has been involved in all aspects of strategic planning for the business. Rocco's experience in the lighting manufacturing business spans 3 well-respected brands - Sternberg, Exenia and Lumenpulse. He holds the CPA, CA designation and previously worked in the Montreal office of KPMG, where he was a Senior Accountant in the firm's audit practice.
Michael Renner
Vice-président du marketing

Mike apporte près de 30 ans d'expérience dans la conception et l'ingénierie de produits, en commençant par (Genlyte) Stonco en 1990, puis (Genlyte) Hadco et plus tard Philips Lighting.
Guy Diepenbrock
Senior Director of Operations
As Senior Director of Operations, Mr. Diepenbrock oversees all quality assurance, factory, and supply chain functions. His coordination of partners, artisan painters, welders, and fabricators empowers customers to dream big with their designs.
Guy has been a team member of Sternberg for more than 15 years, and has over 20 years of supply chain, inventory control, ERP, and project management experience in manufacturing, distribution, and the hospitality industry.
