Old Town Bloomingdale

The Village of Bloomingdale Illinois revitalize its downtown by updating and renovating its "Old Town" district. The project consists of Sternberg's A850SRLED historic post top luminaire mounted to a 5200 Barrington pole with plant support and banner arms as well as a recessed GFI receptacle for holiday lighting. Intellistreets^® units are deployed on many poles providing area music and environmental/pedestrian sensors. The large arched gateway sign was designed by Sternberg, along with partners, to welcome residents and visitors to the "Old Town" district. 5201LED lighted bollards are also used in and around the project to give pedestrians a low level light ambiance in small plaza areas.
